1. Renewal reminders
We send reminders 26-35 days before expiry, 4-10 days before expiry, and - if a domain expires and is deleted - at least once within five (5) days after expiry with restore instructions. Reminders go to the registrant email on file; keep it current, and we recommend a secondary email not tied to the domain.
2. Lifecycle after expiry

| Post-expiration / grace | ~0-30 days after expiry | Domain may stop resolving; you can still renew at the standard price at any time until the domain enters the Redemption Grace Period. |
| Redemption Grace Period | ~30 days | Recoverable only via a redemption/restore request, for a restore fee. |
| Pending Delete | ~5 days | Cannot be restored; deletion is irreversible. |
| Released | After pending delete | Returns to the registry pool for public registration. |
Exact day counts vary by TLD; your account portal shows the controlling dates for your domain.
3. Redemption Grace Period
After deletion, .com/.net/.org offer a 30-day Redemption Grace Period to restore for a restore fee. After that, the domain is released.
4. Fees
Renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), and redemption/restore fees are on the Fee Schedule, available at the time you register.
