What this means for you. By registering a name in a TLD, you agree to comply with that TLD's registry policies, which flow down through our Registry-Registrar Agreement with the operator. Registries may enforce their own anti-abuse rules - for .org, PIR may lock, suspend, delete, or transfer a domain used for abuse under Section 3.6.5 of its Registry-Registrar Agreement, consistent with PIR's published due-process and appeal procedures.
Eligibility and use restrictions. None of our current TLDs restrict who may register. If we add TLDs that do, the restriction will be listed here and at checkout.
