1. What it does
When you enable privacy, NSA Privacy's contact details appear in the public directory (RDAP/WHOIS) in place of yours, and messages sent to the published contact are relayed to you. You remain the registered owner of the domain and responsible for it - including the licensee-liability terms in Registration Agreement ยง1.3.
2. Pricing
Included free with every domain registration, when allowed by the registry. See the Fee Schedule. (Pricing disclosure required by the RAA P/P Specification.)
3. The full service terms
The complete terms - including how communications are relayed, how abuse and trademark reports are handled, the conditions under which underlying data may be published or revealed, and how the service ends - are published by the provider at nsaprivacy.com/terms. By enabling privacy on a domain you agree to those terms.
4. Escrow
Privacy-service customer contact information is included in NameCrane's ICANN registration-data escrow deposits and may be accessed by ICANN only if NameCrane's accreditation terminates or NameCrane ceases operations.
5. Contacting a protected domain's owner / reporting abuse
Third parties: use nsaprivacy.com/contact-registrant to reach a registrant, or nsaprivacy.com/abuse for abuse and reveal requests. DNS Abuse can also be reported directly at our Abuse page.
