As an ICANN-accredited registrar we want you to understand your rights. ICANN publishes plain-language summaries:
Your rights include: clear information about fees and the renewal/redemption process before purchase; renewal reminders before expiration; the ability to transfer your domain to another registrar (subject to ICANN locks); access to and the ability to correct your registration data; protection of your data consistent with our Privacy Policy; and a clear complaints path.
Your responsibilities include: providing and maintaining accurate registration data (inaccurate data can lead to suspension); responding to verification and renewal notices; complying with the Registration Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable registry policies; and keeping your account credentials secure.
If you believe we haven't honored these rights, see Support & Complaints. You may also file directly with ICANN Contractual Compliance.
