1. How it works
We verify your identity, then respond within 30 days (GDPR/UK GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA), extendable where the law allows. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you're in the EEA/UK, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
2. Domains note
Changing published domain directory data is handled through your account and the Registration Agreement; third-party requests for non-public domain data go to the Disclosure Request page. This form also handles privacy requests concerning our affiliated privacy provider, Name Secrecy Agency LLC - one queue for both entities.
