The domain name, which field(s) appear inaccurate (registrant name, organization, address, email, phone), and the basis for your belief.
2. What we do
We investigate reasonable claims and may contact the registrant to verify or correct their data. If we can't verify a registrant's data, or the registrant doesn't respond within fifteen (15) days, we may suspend or cancel the domain. We document reports and our responses.
