Get Contacts

GET /domains/{domain}/contacts
Returns the domain’s contacts by role, one entry per role its TLD uses: registrant always, and admin, tech or billing where the registry wants them. Each is a contact from the account’s address book, shaped as in List Contacts, or null for a role that has none yet.
