GET /account/contacts
Returns the contacts in the account’s address book. A domain’s contacts always come from here: Update Contacts takes a contact’s uuid, never details typed in for one domain. Contacts are added and edited in the client portal, where each one verifies its email; there the account holder’s own details are a contact too, made when the account was.
A contact can hold domains once can_hold_domains is true: its email is verified and its address is complete. default_domain_contact marks the one new domains take (when it can’t hold domains, they take the account holder’s own contact). Needs a key with Full Access.
